Every year the Christmas wreaths signal the start of holiday activities.

Viva Cuba’s blog has publicized our Yuletide Tour on Sunday, Dec. 6 and mentioned a few other Christmas events that we knew were occurring. But if we aren’t in charge of the events, we get our news like everyone else, from flyers, newspaper stories, and the chamber website.

Publisher Rob Viehman in his week’s Cuba Free Press has an article “Plethora of Christmas events are scheduled,” that deals with area activities.

There is also an article on the Cuba Free Press front page “Santa will be in Saturday’s Xmas parade.” As of today, that article is not posted on the website. The article says that you can call 573-885-3355 and ask for Lesa Mizell for parade registration.

The Cuba Free Press also has many ads on holiday related activities.

On previous posts, I have invited readers to use the comment sections below blog entries to give information about their organization’s or business’s activities during the holidays. We would be glad to hear from you if you would like to provide readers with information.

Peace to you and yours during the upcoming season.
