The community came together on Veterans Day to remember our soldiers.

The members of Viva Cuba and the town of Cuba have a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. We have a caring community and an abundance that we can share with others who are having a rough time of it. Many organizations are  planning and implementing food and toy drives for  the holidays. For this we give thanks.

It is our soldiers, who are often away from home during the holidays, that make it possible to have strong, secure towns and cities. Because you go to war, we live in peace. We remember and appreciate your efforts, not just on Veterans Day and special holidays, but throughout the the year. For you, we give thanks.

If you cannot be with your family today, we hope you and your family of soldiers are getting a good meal and are able to talk to your family members. We are thinking of you in your home town.

Share this site with soldiers from Cuba and let them know the images of Cuba are here for them and that our thoughts are with them as well.  We would like to hear from them in our comment section on our website.
