Viva Cuba’s May 1 Trash Bash in Cuba, MO brought out a lot of community support. Workers from 4 years-old and up gathered to pick up trash, trim brush, clean walks, and make Cuba a cleaner place to live and work. Let’s all be more aware of the trash and litter problem in the future and keep the momentum going. Let your City Council and Mayor know that we want a cleaner Cuba. And do your part to clean up your areas.
We appreciate the workers who have taken part so far. Some photos have been posted, and there will be more in the future.

The Courtyard Plaza Group at the Resource Center managed to have a little fun while they worked. They cleaned up around The Resource Center and around the Glo-Lite building. Thanks for having pride in your business surroundings.
A lot of good workers made the job easier. We will be posting more photos as we receive them in the days ahead . Any time you have a group that does a cleanup job in Cuba, take a photo, tell us the name of your group, and send it to us at photos@cubamomurals.com.
This is one of the few times in 26 years that I was not a participant. I actually missed helping with the TRASH BASH! Yes, I know I have a compulsive disorder when it comes to picking up trash. Love the pics and thanks to all those that helped CLEAN UP CUBA!
Don’t worry, there will be trash for you to pick up when you return. You just won’t have such a fun group to work with.
